-Loan Commitment letter emailed to County Budget Office on 11/4/24 to submit for legislation.

-Final Loan Approval Received 11/22/24.

-12/2/24 County Council approved the bill to amend our budget to spend the $24,011.33 carried over from the last fiscal year. We can now move forward with the septic and have approval to pay for the new system.

-1/15/25 The AA County Council will be voting on our Loan for the Clubhouse Remodel at the Hearing on 1/21/25. This means we could have our money in about 3-4 weeks time to begin the remodel!

Septic Update: Health Department required twin grinding pumps for the septic system and plans had to be updated by Drum Loyka. The plans will be re-submitted today to the health department for approval. Hope to get the septic started in early February depending on contractor schedules.

-1/24/25 Septic Plan approved!

-2/16/25

Renovations have begun at the clubhouse!!! YAY!!   We will provide a run down of the construction phases in the upcoming newsletter.

We realize everyone is curious and excited; however, during the construction phase (now until May), for everyone's safety, we are (politely) requesting:

1. Please do not ’stop in’ to see what is going on or speak with the contractors as it will be disruptive, confusing and may slow them down.

2. All dogs must be on a leash down at the clubhouse during construction hours (Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm).

3. Please do not bring children or pets into the clubhouse. There are nails and screws on the floor; there is a lot of dangerous items a child can get into.

Not to mention furniture, etc. is stacked up to be out of the contractor’s way.

4. This is now officially a ‘construction zone’ and it is not safe to be wandering around. There are alot of items outside the clubhouse as well that are waiting for a dump run.

5. If you have a truck and can take a load to the dump, this is extremely helpful so the junk does not build up. Anything on the parking lot/road side of the clubhouse is free to be taken. Note, some bags are heavy. Only load what you can physically do without hurting yourself!

Let’s keep everyone safe and abide by these requests.
